DESCRIPTION:This event is in partnership with Brooklyn Public Library — Marcy & Council Member Chi Ossé. \nNative tree species to be distributed at this location include: Alleghany Serviceberry\, American Plum\, Black Cherry\, Eastern Redbud\, American Hazelnut\, Hornbeam\, and Smooth Alder. \nPlease note that tree sizes vary. Be prepared to transport up to a two-gallon pot size. \nEven if all available trees are reserved for an event\, walk-up recipients are welcome to pick up a tree during the second hour of the giveaway\, from 11:00 a.m. onwards. All remaining trees are first-come\, first-served until all trees are distributed. We always have trees remaining for the second hour for anyone who missed the chance to register in advance.
