Highlights include: \n– E-Waste Collection: Responsibly dispose of electronic waste at the collection point hosted by the Lower East Side Ecology Center (starts at 10:00 AM; rain or shine).​\n– Eco-Art Project: Contribute to a community art installation by upcycling plastic pollution collected from our park’s shorelines.​\n– Interactive Exhibits: Engage with organizations like Earth Matters and Climate Families NYC to learn about environmental initiatives.​\n– Live Performance: Enjoy eco-themed entertainment by Hila the Earth.​ \nLooking for more? Join our walk-up Coastal Cleanup at Pier 4 Beach from 1-3 PM\, or take part in cataloguing wildlife as part of City Nature Challenge Bioblitz throughout the weekend. \nLearn more about our Earth Day Celebration here\, and we hope to see you there!
