Forest bathing is a self-care practice that seeks to enhance health holistically by connecting with nature via our senses. It can promote your mood\, focus\, and balance stress levels. Mats\, journals\, and writing implements will be provided. \nSpots are limited to 12 participants. To secure your spot\, add to cart and finalize your checkout by completing the waiver. This event is open to ages 18+. \nSupport provided by City Parks Foundation and Partnerships for Parks through the NYC Green Fund.
