DESCRIPTION:Town Square’s popular Greencycle “Spring-Cleaning” Swap is Saturday\, May 2nd\, 2026. Have lots of terrific stuff taking up space but no longer giving you joy? Greencycle is the swap for you! \nJoin us to recycle\, reuse and reduce! Drop off your cleaned and useable CLOTHES\, SHOES\, BOOKS\, TOYS\, HOUSEHOLD ITEMS\, & ELECTRONICS – and browse the selection. Every Greencycle Swap saves +1\,500 pounds of perfectly good stuff from our landfills! \n  \nSIMPLE RULES: \n• RSVP here: bit.ly/Greencycle-Swap \n• ONLY cleaned\, gently used\, working and useable items please. \n• NO need to bring things to take things. \n• ONLY clothes\, shoes\, books\, toys\, household items & electronics. \n• We will NOT ACCEPT baby gear\, furniture\, etc. \n• We ask you to SEPARATE your donations in advance so that it’ll be easy to place them on the correct tables: \na) Men’s clothes by type: Tops\, Bottoms\nb) Women’s clothes by size: Small\, Medium\, Large\, XL\nc) Infants’ clothes by size: <12 months\, 12-24 months\nd) Toddlers’ clothes: 2-4\ne) Kids’ clothes by size: 2-4\, 4-6\, 6-8\, 8-10\, 10+\nf) Shoes by adults vs kids\ng) Books by adults vs kids\nh) Toys by single item vs multiple parts \n• Out of consideration for others\, we may limit folks to 1 bag or the number of bags that you’ve brought to donate to the swap. \n• We do NOT allow taking donated items to resell. Why? Because all remaining items are donated to local homeless shelters and other non-profits to help neighbors truly in need. \nSuggested donation: $10 a family to help cover costs and support local Scouts. Town Square is a qualified 501(c)(3) not‐for‐profit institution. Your donation will be TAX DEDUCTIBLE to the full extent of the law.
