Participants will leave class feeling grounded\, energized and with muscles feeling a little bit like a wet noodle. No equipment necessary\, though participants are welcome to bring ankle or wrist weights for extra intensity! Please bring a mat. \nGood Move: Good Move is a dance and mindful fitness studio for all movers. Good Move Signature Class gives the body and soul a boost with a seamless integration of HIIT intervals\, dance cardio\, core conditioning\, expressive movement and stretch. No dance experience necessary! Mats encouraged for the stretch portion of class. \nFNT Boxing Club: FNT Boxing Club is a fitness and traditional boxing gym located in the heart of Williamsburg\, Brooklyn. Classes combine technical boxing instruction with high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
