No equipment necessary (except a mat!) though participants are welcome to bring ankle or wrist weights for extra intensity! \nGood Move \nGood Move is a dance and mindful fitness studio for all movers. Good Move Signature Class gives the body and soul a boost with a seamless integration of HIIT intervals\, dance cardio\, core conditioning\, expressive movement and stretch. No dance experience necessary! \nKula Yoga \nKula Yoga was founded over twenty years ago guided by the motto of sweaty\, intelligent\, ecstatic.
