DESCRIPTION:Learn how to use low-cost and low-tech methods to easily start growing gourmet mushrooms in indoor and outdoor gardens \n*** \nIn this workshop\, participants will learn how to use low-cost and low-tech methods to easily start growing gourmet mushrooms in indoor and outdoor gardens. We will cover two methods of mushroom cultivation: how to grow oyster mushrooms in bags using straw\, coffee grounds\, and similar low-cost materials; and how to grow wine cap mushrooms in raised garden beds using wood chips. \nParticipants will leave with a small supply of oyster mushroom spawn to start their own growing projects\, while supplies last. \nFacilitated by Sneha Ganguly (Kali Mushrooms)
