SUMMARY:International Day of Yoga (BK Bridge Park)
DESCRIPTION:In honor of International Day of Yoga\, ONEYOGAHOUSE Founder + lululemon Ambassador\, Anna Haddad\, partners with Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy and lululemon to gather at Harbor View Lawn for a dynamic yoga practice and Sound Meditation. \nThe experience will begin with intention setting\, breath work\, and a Vinyasa flow experience that is intentional\, fun\, and guided by the rhythm of the breath. Participants will then be guided into a meditative state with a Sound Meditation. Using overtone-emitting instruments such as singing bowls\, chimes\, drums\, etc. to down-regulate the nervous system\, participants will leave with a sense of ease and clarity\, reaching a higher level of joy\, peace\, and consciousness. \nCheck back for registration!\nThe first 100 participants will be gifted with a lululemon yoga mat and other swag from ONEYOGAHOUSE.
