DESCRIPTION:Spend a mid-autumn morning immersing yourself in Nature at WNYC Transmitter Park. \nMindful outdoor guide Cathy Hildenbrand (Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide and Wilderness First Aid Certified) will take you on a slow meditative wander through the garden paths and waterfront inviting participants to slow down\, open up their senses\, and tap into the energy of the season. \nThis program is free- sponsored by the Friends of WNYC Transmitter Park and is our way of saying thank you to all of our volunteers\, supporters and park enthusiasts! \nRegistration required. \nPlease wear comfortable walking shoes and appropriate outerwear. Small sitting pads will be provided for the short meditation\, but you are welcome to bring a larger blanket or towel if you prefer. Portable seats and wheelchairs are welcome. Don’t forget a water bottle.
