DESCRIPTION:Join Prospect Park Alliance for the 126th annual Family Holiday Bird Count on Saturday\, December 20\, 2025! Blooming naturalists of all ages are invited to take part in a beloved tradition more than 100 years in the making. The Holiday Bird Count is a nationwide census that helps conservation researchers track the long-term health of bird populations. \nPlan for four to eight hours of birding\, rain or shine\, followed by a potluck dinner and a live compilation of the day’s sightings\, which will be shared with participants after the count.
