Curtains. by Anjali Deshmukh and Ernest Verrett\, Location: 5th Avenue between 44th and 45th Streets in Sunset Park\, Brooklyn\nNYC-based artists Anjali Deshmukh and Ernest Verrett are showcasing their ongoing sculptural installation Rising. Curtains. The beaded curtain depicts a map of global temperatures from 1901 to 2000 to raise awareness about climate change and prompt consideration of its effects. Visitors are invited to reflect through a series of games that help the sculpture change throughout the course of the event.
