DESCRIPTION:Join Prospect Park Alliance for family-friendly nature programming on the Fourth of July at the Prospect Park Audubon Center and the Carousel. \nNature Exploration: Pollinator Month\, 12–4 pm \nProspect Park Audubon Center\, Free \nJoin the Prospect Park Alliance for nature education programs at the Prospect Park Audubon Center\, the first urban Audubon Center in the nation as we explore pollinators. \n\nButterfly Watch 12–3 pm: Learn about NYC common butterflies\, their life cycle\, and how they help plants\nAnimal Encounters 2–3 pm: Join Alliance Naturalists in learning more about the animals in the Audubon Center’s collection. This program starts promptly at 2 pm.\nNature on the Go! 3–4 pm: Join an Alliance Naturalist for Nature on the Go activities to explore the park and learn about the nature around us.\n\nCarousel Rides\, 12–5 pm:  \nChildren’s Corner\, $3 per ride\, $13 for a book of 5 tickets\, Free with Prospect Park Alliance Family Supporter membership or higher.  \nCelebrate July 4th with a ride on Prospect Park’s beloved 1912 Carousel. \nJoin the Alliance at the Family Supporter level or above and enjoy unlimited free rides!
