DESCRIPTION:Join the Stewardship Team as we restore coastal habitats at Coney Island Creek Park with a volunteer shrub and plug planting! Coastal shrublands provide a variety of benefits including improved water quality and protection from storm surges. They also serve as critical habitat for native wildlife! Please note\, volunteers should dress in clothes that can get dirty and close-toed shoes. We also encourage volunteers to bring their own water bottles. \nLocation: Coney Island Creek Park\, Brooklyn.
