Strong Rope Brewery is owned and operated by husband and wife team\, Jason Sahler and Christina Quintero. As a New York state farm brewery\, our approach is to examine what truly regional beer is. We look to explore the capabilities of our regional malt and hops while working directly with our farming partners and the land. We strive to create beers with intention and care and give our ales and lagers a true sense of place. As a family-run business\, we support other local producers by serving New York state wine\, cider\, and spirits. \nUnder 21 policy: Please contact Strong Rope Brewery – Gowanus for details regarding underage entry \nFor more about Bonsai Bar and what to expect at our classes\, visit our website at: https://bonsaibar.com/products/strong-rope-gowanus
