Doors open 20 minutes before the concert (no tickets\, no reservations). No food or drink is permitted inside the Boathouse\, and no photo\, video\, or audio recording is allowed without permission. This all-level one hour fitness class is open to all ages and abilities\, led by instructors from Dodge YMCA. This is a part of Brooklyn Bridge Park’s Waterfront Workouts series\, offering free weekly workouts from May through September. \nZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music\, utilizing dance themes that create a dynamic\, exciting\, effective fitness program. The routines feature aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Note this class takes place on a paved area – sneakers are highly recommended! \nAdvance registration is highly encouraged but walk-ups welcome as capacity allows.
