DESCRIPTION:Glide along the water this summer and fall in our protected embayment with free public kayaking! \nPresented in partnership with Brooklyn Bridge Park Boathouse\, free kayaking is offered throughout the summer on Wednesday and Thursday evenings\, and Saturday and Sunday afternoons throughSunday\, September 29th\, 2024. Since 2022\, the garden has provided 1500 pounds of produce for their neighbors. The McCarren Demo Garden also acts as a community hub for eco education and food justice.
