If you own a sewing machine\, feel free to bring it with you to the library. It is suggested that you have some experience and bring a project to work on\, although skill sharing is encouraged! The library has sewing and cutting tools to share. \nIf sewing is not your specialty\, you may still join and work on a fiber arts craft project of your choice…there will be embroidery! \nThe art circle is capped at 15 people\, so please only register if you know you will be able to attend. DESCRIPTION:Waterfront Walks 2024 are offered twice monthly on Tuesdays (6:30 PM to 8 PM) and Sundays (10:30 AM to 12 PM) from May 19th to October 20th. \n*** \nJoin our Docents for a free walking tour and learn more about Brooklyn Bridge Park’s history\, design\, and ecology. Tours last roughly 60-90 minutes\, start from the entrance of Pier 1 and finish near Pier 3. \nAdvance registration is required. Registration opens a month in advance of each date. \nFull details\, including the meeting location\, will be emailed to registered attendees a few days prior to the event.
