Join a member of the Brooklyn Bird Club to learn the basics of birding and search for the dozens of species that visit Prospect Park through all seasons. \nAll levels and ages are welcome. No registration necessary. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. \nPlease bring binoculars if you have them. A limited number of binoculars will be available to loan. \nRoute Description: This outing is at a leisurely pace with lots of stops to observe birds. A different route through the park may be taken each week. There may be steps\, slight inclines\, and grass and dirt paths with exposed roots. We will cover approximately 1.5-2 miles.

No registration necessary. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. \nPlease bring binoculars if you have them. A limited number of binoculars will be available to loan. \nRoute Description: This outing is at a leisurely pace with lots of stops to observe birds. A different route through the park may be taken each week. There may be steps\, slight inclines\, and grass and dirt paths with exposed roots. We will cover approximately 1.5-2 miles.

Johnson State Park. \nPLEASE NOTE: \n\nRegistration is highly recommended for all participants to secure your space in the program.\nPlease reserve one ticket for each person who will complete a craft.\nIf we do not hear from you 10 minutes into the program\, we will release your reservation to walk-up participants.\nIf the program is sold out\, but you still wish to attend\, we encourage you to walk up and see if space is available.\nIn the case of inclement weather\, the program may be rescheduled or canceled.
