This all-level one hour fitness class is open to all ages and abilities\, led by instructors from Abhaya Yoga. This is a part of Brooklyn Bridge Park’s Waterfront Workouts series\, offering free weekly workouts from May through September. \nThis yoga class integrates postures\, breathing exercises\, relaxation and meditation to stretch\, strengthen and condition. \nNo equipment is required but participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats or towels\, if desired\, to use on the lawn. \nAdvance registration is highly encouraged but walk-ups welcome as capacity allows. Fitness waivers are required by all participants. View all upcoming dates and full details at brooklynbridgepark.org. Please note holiday weekends are skipped and this event is subject to change due to weather or other extenuating circumstances.
