SUMMARY:Bike Tour: Creek Curiosities
DESCRIPTION:Our second bike tour this season will explore niche local histories of Newtown Creek\, highlighting 20+ bricks\, boulders\, plaques\, statues\, and industrial relics throughout a twisted nine mile adventure.  Our tour will depart from Kingsland Wildflower and end at McGolrick Park. \nWe encourage those joining to be fairly comfortable bicyclists – this route has adverse street conditions and frequent truck traffic. We ask that attendees fill out a liability waiver and photo consent form prior to joining\, found here. \nPlease bring a water bottle\, snacks\, and weather-appropriate clothing.  We will have limited staff in attendance to navigate and provide support.
