Presence at Play: Improv & Mindfulness

Ages: adults

Led by Shea Riester, this class fuses the practice of presence with the play of improvisational comedy. We’ll practice a brief mindfulness meditation, getting into our bodies and grounding in the here and now, before embarking on a wild ride of improvisational games, movement, and acted-out stories, weaved together with the art of being present. Together we cultivate connection, presence, and playfulness that we’ll learn to take with us into our day-to-day lives. No acting experience required – all levels welcome.
