In this workshop, we will explore effective strategies for volunteer management and event planning in your garden. We’ll cover topics including how to create a logistical plan and identify your garden’s unique neighborhood assets, ensuring the success of your garden workdays. GreenThumb gardeners participating in this workshop will learn how they can receive a volunteer supply kit they can use for future volunteer days!
