DEC is accepting public comments about the proposal through April 24, 2024.

DEC has scheduled a virtual public meeting on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. via Webex (virtual platform) to discuss the amended remedy and accept public comments. Please see fact sheet for details about the proposed remedy, meeting, and comment period.
