In partnership with NYC Health & Hospitals Test & Trace Corps Commonpoint Queens will be hosting a Mobile Vaccination Clinic in front of its Sam Field Center (58-20 Little Neck Parkway, Little Neck, NY 11362) from Wednesday, August 11th through Friday, August 13th, from 8am to 6pm on those days. All NYC residents ages 12 or older are eligible to receive the vaccine, no appointments needed. Single dose and two-dose vaccines available. Appointment for second dose may be booked onsite after the first dose.
