Lil Stickers is a playful introduction to the Longevity Stick Art, designed for kids! This meetup blends a series of light stretching exercises with imagination and community. We’ll play games, make new friends—all while improving our balance, coordination and body awareness. Lil Stickers is open to kids of all mobility levels, with no experience needed!
