A Self-compassion-focused guided meditation will be offered in the garden once a month over the summer. Self-Compassion mindfulness practices have been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. The practices focus on offering gentle kindness to oneself through body awareness, words, and imagery.
Meditations will be rescheduled to the following week if it rains.
