This event will reconnect residents, merchants, and their children to explore the benefits of green spaces in urban settings and share artistic perspectives using various textures and techniques. Garden Member Vann Jones will lead this event. A team from the Artsy Athenaeum will facilitate art activities. To culminate the event, participants will paint their views of the garden and garden boxes as a communal activity together. Children will choose a place in the garden they would like to paint and talk about what it means to have a green space open to everyone for everyone.
