The Versatile Vinaigrette – Seasonal Cooking Made Simple and Tasty (Clinton Hill Library)

Saturday, March 30th at 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM

Free

Spring has sprung! Learn about seasonal eating in this interactive workshop. Clinton Hill resident and writer, Frank Mentesana, who is former owner of Once Upon a Tart cafe, will teach fellow patrons. Enjoy a live demonstration and take home your own unique vinaigrette that you can use for a delicious tossed salad, bean medley, marinade for meat and fish, and more! Discover nutritional recipes for the new season at this family friendly program.

This free program is designed for adults and all supplies will be provided. Patrons are encouraged to bring a clean, empty jar. Space and supplies are limited so please register online! If registration is full, you are welcome to come to the branch to see if a spot has opened up. Keep in mind that seats will be given to registered patrons first.
