Greenpoint Pilates Studio is excited to offer Pilates classes at the Greenpoint Library!
With a focus on full-body health, these sessions will follow classical Pilates principles while blending contemporary movement concepts in a way that empowers all practitioners to feel strong, knowledgeable, and joyful in their bodies and movement.
These mat classes are tailored for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike!
Open Level. Yoga mats will be provided or feel free to bring your own. Please bring adequate sun protection! Please note that this program will be moved to the second floor meeting room if there is inclement weather.
Registration will open 48hrs before the start of the event. Registrants will be notified via email if the program is cancelled due to inclement weather.
