Volunteer Cleanup and Hike (Marine Park)

Marine Park is a part of the Jamaica Bay, an estuary that is home to hundreds of animals from muskrats to snowy owls. During hurricanes, the marsh offers us protection as well. The healthier the marsh, the less our homes and neighborhoods will suffer from rising tides. Join the Rangers for a hike through this waterfront park. Participants will also be encouraged to “put a little love in your park” and engage in a cleanup of the area.
