Bright Idea! A Community Design Summit

The Design Summit is a culmination of a year’s worth of dialogue and idea sharing around the creation and stewardship of the public realm. Where on Saturday, April 23rd North Brooklyn Parks Alliance invites the community to play city planner and present their brightest ideas for the future of their public spaces. The floor is open to any student, resident, or business owner who has a bright idea for the future of public space.

The summit is open to North Brooklyn students, residents or business owners that are 16 years old or older who have attended at least one panel discussion during the 2020-2022 program seasons.
We envision a full day of presentations via zoom. Broken up into a morning, afternoon, and evening session, there will be a keynote speaker to kick off the event and a moderator to lead each session.
