2. PRESENTATION PROPOSAL REGARDING NYPA KENT CLEAN POWER PLANT (PEAKER PLANT) LOCATED AT 49 RIVER STREET: Two Trees will present its proposal to install a park and battery storage system on the Peaker Plant site.
3. DISCUSSION BY LAND USE/LANDMARKS COMMITTEE MEMBERS : Continue discussion for future meetings with DCP regarding a uniform rezoning plan for properties that are zoned for manufacturing but are surrounded by residential uses.
