1. 257 Franklin Street (New School Site) Volunteer Cleanup Program Site# 26CVCP002K – NYC Office of Environmental Remediation will discuss the School Construction Authority’s (SCA) Phase II Environmental Site Investigation (ESI) Report results and their proposed Remedial Action Work Plan for the site that will address groundwater, soil and soil vapor contamination. SCA plans to construct a 6-story 450- seat elementary school on this property. It is located adjacent to the former NuHart Plastic Factory Superfund site whose remediation was closed out in July of this year.
2. 287 Maspeth Ave National Grid Greenpoint Energy Center Updates –
