Bioplastics Workshop (Brower Park Library)

Learn how to make string from seaweed with Brooklyn-based industrial artist Emily Gordin! We will be using kitchen friendly science to make a bioplastic string that can be used to knit and crochet with once dry. We will also chat and learn about how biodegradable alternatives to plastics, textiles, and packaging can be made from regenerative materials resources.
