Java Street Community Garden member Llubav, a nature inspired painter and cardmaker, will share her tips and techniques in creating her beautiful and whimsical designs. We will hand paint on different types of papers using a mix of tempera, acrylic, gouache, watercolor, crayons and colored pencils (or whatever else you might want to bring). Once we have created a mixture of colorful and textured raw materials, we will then cut and make shapes which will be glued to a larger sheet of paper or cardstock to create a unique and playful collage.
No experience necessary. Required registration + more details via link below.

Children 14 and over (high school students) are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
