Annual Halloween Parade at Urban Meadow Community Garden

The Urban Meadow garden group will hold its Annual Halloween Party and Parade through the Columbia Waterfront Neighborhood on Sunday October 27th. Come in costume! The parade will start marching at 11:00 a.m. led by the Underground Horns! All are welcome!
