Domino Park is offering free fitness classes every Saturday at the Flex Field! Featuring four local fitness studios and professionals, classes are free and open to all.
Mind over Mat sessions are built on a Pilates foundation and are designed as a full body workout with an emphasis on core strengthening, correct breathing, endurance building, increased flexibility and better alignment. Always with an obsessive focus on “proud posture”. Please bring a mat for class.
305 Fitness is an addictively-fun dance cardio class that works participants head to toe. Get ready to drop it low, tone it up and shake it to their curated DJ mixes! Instructors guide participants through every move so class is always easy to follow.
Good Move is a dance and mindful fitness studio for all movers. Good Move Signature Class gives the body and soul a boost with a seamless integration of HIIT intervals, dance cardio, core conditioning, expressive movement and stretch. No dance experience necessary!
Helen Phelan Studio’s signature bodyweight mat Pilates class is equal parts rigor and restoration. Participants will leave class feeling grounded, energized and with muscles feeling a little bit like a wet noodle. No equipment necessary (except a mat!) though participants are welcome to bring ankle or wrist weights for extra intensity!
