1. NATIONAL GRID LONG TERM PLAN: Presentation and discussion of their energy plan that was approved by the NYS Public Service Commission, and district-relevant issues. Participation in this meeting is a part of a Community Board meeting compliance plan from an order issued by the NYS Public Service Commission through Case #24-G0248.

2. PACKAGING REDUCTION AND RECYCLING INFRASTRUCTURE ACT: Presentation by Carol Smolenski, volunteer with Beyond Plastics, an organization working to eliminate the use of single-use plastics. The law (Assembly Bill 1749) would reduce plastic packaging by 30% gradually over 12 years, save tax dollars and prohibit 17 toxic chemicals in packaging and help create other benefits.

3. DISTRICT CLEANUP SITES: Review current projects.

4. COMMITTEE PLAN FOR 2026: Discuss potential topics and issues to address for this year, and a district needs plan.
