Molière’s Don Juan (Prospect Park)

Monday, December 15th, 2025 at 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Join Molière in the Park for a free staged reading of the biting, ever-relevant tragicomedy DON JUAN, complete with live cello music.

Don Juan, one of French literary legend Molière‘s most controversial works, explores themes of class, sex, religion, and freedom, exposing societal hypocrisy along the way. A perfect blend of farce and profound ethical questioning, Don Juan remains just as thought-provoking, hilarious, and relevant as when it was first put on (and promptly censored by France’s religious right) some 400 years ago.

🎟️ FREE to attend with RSVP

⏱️ Performance runtime: TBD

Directed by Lucie Tiberghien
