1. PRESENTATION: NEWTOWN CREEK STREET ENDS. Newtown Creek Alliance will talk through a proposal to improve 4 street-end sites along Newtown Creek in CB1, using existing DOT tools to improve accessibility, increase safety, and environmentally enhance public shoreline areas for workers and nearby residents alike.
