Horticulture Walk: Pier 6 The Flower Field & Dunes (Brooklyn Bridge Park)

In celebration of Earth Month, join Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy and Brooklyn Bridge Park Horticulture’s team for a free walking tour!
Get acquainted with the Flower Field and Dune Meadows of Pier 6 as they begin their blooming season with Bella Ciabattoni, Supervisor of Horticulture at Brooklyn Bridge Park. This family-friendly walk will discuss plants, insects, and maintenance practices of these large meadows, while enjoying the native flowers!
This tour will gather at the Pier 6 entrance near Fornino’s. RSVP’s highly encouraged, but walk-ups will be accommodated as space allows.
