Staff from NYC Department of Transportation will be on hand to share information on NYC DOT initiatives and the Fast Buses for Central Brooklyn project led by the New York City Department of Transportation (NYC DOT) and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). NYC DOT and MTA are planning near-term and long-term rapid bus and complete street improvements on three critical, high-ridership, Vision Zero corridors in Central Brooklyn: Church Avenue, Flatbush Avenue, and Utica Avenue
Representatives will connect with library patrons, and other passersby to hear about their experiences riding the bus. Their feedback will help inform the development and implementation of the Fast Buses project.
