Medicinal Plant ID Walk at the Ridgewood Reservoir
Sunday, August 30th at 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM
Free

Join us at the Ridgewood Reservoir for a walk led by Sophie Cozine exploring the medicinal plants of late summer!
Explore the medicinal plants of late summer as we learn identification, herbal uses, and seasonal energetics. We’ll meet herbs such as mugwort, bee balm, plantain, yarrow, and more while deepening our connection to the landscape right here in NYC!
This walk is perfect for anyone curious about botanical medicine, urban ecology, or simply deepening their relationship with nature. Bring a notebook, comfortable walking shoes, and an open mind!
We will meet in the parking lot across from the reservoir which is located at 52-8 Vermont Place, Glendale, NY, 11385. The google map link can be found here.
