Tuesday, July 8: Garden Threads — Costumes from the Earth. From sunhats to pirate coats, costumes help bring characters to life. We’ll examine how colors, textures, and materials — even those found in a garden — can shape a costume. We’ll make simple costume collages and experiment with creating character looks using fabric scraps, plants, and imagination. Tuesday, July 15: Bringing It to Life — Lights, Sounds & Movement. Just as gardens come alive with sound and movement, so does theater. We’ll play with ways to use light and sound outdoors. Tuesday, July 22: A Garden in Performance — Sharing Our Creation. It’s time to put all our pieces together! We’ll install our designs in the garden and rehearse a short scene as a group. Everyone has a role, whether you help direct, act, design, or support.
